the world’s population are living in urban areas. With increasing
urbanization, cities today face challenges very different from those of the
past. This session shares the experience of experts in tackling urban
challenges as cities around the world compete to attract economic growth. Well
balance of three dimensions that constitutes an 'urban environment' namely
natural environment, built environments and socio-economic environments to be
fully understood in the development of coherent and sustainable policies. Climate

Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Action “Urban Transportation, Clean
Fuels, Green Environment” Traffic problem in urban
area especially in developing countries tremendously affect people’s well
being, causing both physical and mental stress. Environmental impacts from urban
traffic are significant with GHG emissions. This panel will share experience
and step forward to increase the efficiency of traffic system, mass transit
and road network including the use of clean fuels to reduce GHG emissions.
